- Knowledge of components and raw materials used for switchgear and transformers is a must.
- Thorough knowledge of primary substation-related items/activities like GIS, power transformer.
- Knowledge in inventory control, payment terms, and exposure to quality management systems.
- Vendor development.
- Project management.
- Acquainted with material planning.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Must have good analytical and risk management skills.
