Job Summary/Purpose:
Identify new clients, sell rental and leasing services to new businesses opportunities, achieve car rental sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Responsibilities: Operational:
1. Identify and prospect potential new clients for RAC rental and leasing solutions.
2. Generate leads via networking, media, client visits, industry ads, events, digital platforms, directories, contacts, databases, and referrals, then compile them for sales use.
3. Collaborate with the Leasing Sales Team to efficiently manage and respond to new inquiries or clients seeking to place orders.
4. Conduct daily visits with new and prospective clients to present and promote RAC rental and leasing programs. Effectively communicate the benefits of car rental and leasing, including reduced capital expenditures and enhanced resale value, to generate interest and engagement.
5. Recommend vehicle types and numbers to customers and calculate rental and leasing charges based on factors such as contract duration and expected mileage.
6. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions in accordance with RAC profitability ratios to successfully close agreements.
7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations (in accordance with RAC rates) and rental/leasing agreements.
8. Coordinate with internal RAC Departments regarding vehicle availability and liaise with customers to arrange vehicles deliveries.
9. Verify customers if blacklisted before processing a sales request. Assess their financial status, collect necessary documents, and submit a credit request for approval from the credit and legal departments.
10. Contact customers for payment delays as per Finance Department request.
11. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs and prepare daily/monthly reports to submit to Line Manager.
12. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and attend to and resolve customer queries/complaints. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
 Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
 Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
 Perform other duties as requested by management.
