Join our client’s dynamic dealership in Kuwait!The Role:As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, managing vehicle check-ins, updates, and ensuring a smooth service experience. Your strong organizational skills and ability to build customer relationships are key.Role: * Greeting Customers and manage vehicle bookings
Provide updates on vehicles progress and ensure timely service completion
Maintain product knowledge and upsell services
Keep accurate records
Requirements:
Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive industry
Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Fluent in English & Arabic languages.
Minimum 3-5 years' related dealership experience
Age group: Below 35 years
Preferably Engineering Degree (ASE certification is an added advantage)
Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa will be accepted)
Holder of Kuwait Driver’s License is an added advantage
