The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's commercial operations. This includes developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth, managing contracts and negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Commercial Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement commercial strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the commercial team and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on commercial activities and performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of commercial operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing commercial strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
