The Juice & Beverages Sales Manager will lead and execute sales strategies to drivevolume, visibility, and profitability across Kuwait’s retail, HORECA, and wholesalechannels. This role demands a strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market, keyaccounts, and consumer preferences in fresh and packaged beverage categories.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales plans for juice products to meet monthly, quarterly,and annual revenue targets. Analyze market trends and customers' needs to identify new opportunities andniche channelsAccount Management Manage relationships with key accounts: Co-ops, supermarkets, schools, (e.g.,Lulu, Carrefour), cafés, restaurants, and hotels. Negotiate pricing, listing fees, and promotional budgets with clients anddistributors.Distribution Oversight Work closely with logistics and distribution teams to ensure product availabilityand freshness across outlets. Optimize van sales and direct store delivery (DSD) models.Team Leadership Lead and motivate a sales team, including sales reps, merchandisers, andpromoters. Set KPIs and monitor performance metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved.Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management with actionable insights.
