The Juice & Beverages Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the dailyoperations of the field sales team, driving product availability, visibility, and volume inassigned territories across Kuwait. This role ensures sales targets are met whilemaintaining excellent relationships with retail and HORECA clientsKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision & Field Operations Supervise and support a team of sales representatives and merchandisers in theassigned region. Ensure daily visit plans, route adherence, and proper execution of sales targets.Sales & Distribution Execution Ensure product availability, freshness, and visibility across key outlets (e.g.,supermarkets, convenience stores, Coops, schools , hotels). Monitor and improve shelf share, planogram compliance, and in-store branding.Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track daily and weekly sales performance vs. targets. Provide performance feedback and guidance to team members. Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights tomanagement.Client Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with key store managers and purchasingstaff. Resolve customer complaints, order issues, or service gaps promptly.Promotions & Trade Marketing Support Execute promotional activities and sampling campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team for activations and new product launches.
