- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and sales opportunities.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the sales budget, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- Introduce monthly and yearly KPI's and objectives for sales and merchandising team and prepare quarterly report for the result and evaluations.
- Support Management team in finalizing annual customers contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good at using Microsoft office specially (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
