The Sales Engineer acts as an Outside Sales professional, supporting a range of sales activities and managing customer relationships to drive business development and improve customer satisfaction. This role is critical in aligning customer needs with tailored system solutions, enhancing the performance of the commercial team, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. The position contributes directly to the execution of the RLC-VRF growth strategy and to achieving the business objectives set out in the 2025 plan and beyond.Key Responsibilities:As a Outside Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, specifically with Residential Light Commercial & VRFs.
- Proven experience in developing and closing large-scale HVAC projects.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, particularly Residential Light Commercial & VRFs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and HVAC-related software.
- Strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
