- Support performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
