Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain daily staff attendance records (thru HCM Portal), process deductions.
- Prepare and issue warning letters, memos, terminations, resignations and other documentation as per policy.
- Maintain employee files with updated documents and records.
- Assist in payroll.
- Assist in recruitment.
Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years' local experience in related field.
- University Graduate
- Well versed in Kuwait Labour Law
- Multi-tasking; problem solver
- Fluent in English & Arabic languages
- Kuwait based; transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa)
