- Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of our smart watch products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking performance against targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and their staff on product features and usage.
